The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
In case of cancellation of a booking with a deposit, the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation received within 30 days of Check in, if the property receives a new reservation which covers the entire canceled period, the deposit may be used for another stay.
Small pets are allowed at the time of booking, subject to agreement with the owners of the company.
